Fiat FreeStyle Team looking for Irish talent
Irish windsurfers looking to make a name for themselves in freestyle and join a dynamic team of extreme sportsmen and women from across Europe?
Fiat Freestyle Team is looking for talented windsurfers who specialise in freestyle to join their team.
What you have to do:
1. Make a short video presentation of yourself (2 to 3 minutes) telling a little about yourself and include why you want to be on the Fiat FreeStyle Team. Include some footage of yourself windsurfing, if possible.
2. Post the video clip on youtube.com. Call your piece “FFT Ireland, First Name, Surname”.
3. Send the link to email@example.com contact details (Name, Surname, age, tel. number) and few lines about why you want to be part of the Fiat FreeStyle Team Ireland and main qualities you will bring to the Team.
4. Come and show your stuff over the weekend of 05, 06 and 07 May at the Fleadh Seoil in Malahide Estuary. Top riders from Fiat FreeStyle Team will select one or two riders who may be asked to discuss contracts with the team management.
Rider(s) with right mix of talents, on and off the water, will be offered a place on the Fiat FreeStyle Team and will benefit from a sponsorship contract that will enable the them to further their windsurfing career.
The chosen rider(s) will have a key role in the lifestyle marketing of the Fiat brand of vehicles both here and in Europe and will have both media and PR support form the Fiat FreeStyle Team.
All videos must be posted on the youtube site by 12 noon, Friday 27 April.
OPEN FreeStyle Competition at the Fleadh Sheoil. ALL comers are welcome to enter an OPEN Freestyle Competition at the Fleadh Sheoil – not just those interested in a Fiat contract. We are very grateful to Fiat FreeStyle Team for funding a brilliant prize of €500 for the most impressive move or series of moves! (This will be an informal, open, competition without formal judging routines and organised heats. Simply impress the judges!)
Federico La Croce from the Fiat FreeStyle Team will be on hand at the Fleadh Seoil to meet the riders and act as a Judge in the competition for the magnificent prize. (See Fredrico’s bio, attached.)
Riders interested in applying for the FFT must satisfy the standard requirements of the IWA for eligibility to be Irish champion in terms of passport, residency, etc. (See LINK.)
The competition for the Fiat’s brilliant (€500) prize is OPEN.
