Here in the UK, this weekend it was the turn of Quayside Windsurfers to host a weekend of slalom racing and demoing at Hunstanton. We’ve already seen some great photos from a busy weekend on the water. Saturday may have been full of sunshine and light winds, but the conditions came through on Sunday with race after race for every fleet.
It looks like the pro fleet was a familiar top three with James Dinsmore, Kev Greenslade and Sam Latham stepping onto the podium. We will have full results and more of a report coming soon. But we already know that while the racing was as competitive as ever it was also great to see lots of fresh faces stepping out for the demo too!
The First day of the QSW demo was great – hot, sunny and loads of kit! Today looks windy too????

Over in Fuerteventura, the Dunkerbeck Speed Challenge and European Speed Championships are well underway too, and our sister-site Boardseeker.com will be reporting live from the event every day. Check out the round ups of day one and day two of the action; it’s great too see the likes of Zara Davis and relatively new speed sailor John Skye both doing exceptionally well in the event too!
With John Skye and Ben Proffitt both seeming to turn their hand to speed recently we’re just wondering who’ll be next… Phil Horrocks?!
Thanks Boardseeker. #RRD #Simmer #AL360 #Sonntagfins
