Good morning from Tiree! It has been a long night for many of the UK’s wavesailors as they made their way through the night to Tiree for the next stop on the British Wavesailing Association tour. Phil and Dave Horrocks, Andy Chambers, Colin Dixon, Michael Archer, Alfie Hart, Matt Cude, Sara Kellett and much of the event team took the 5am ferry onto the island to join the riders already on the island.
It is looking like there is some potential for conditions today, but Adam Lewis and Ben Proffitt scored Balevullin yesterday too. It was fairly light winds, but looks like some good swell that the guys were making the most of. It is also good to see that Ross Williams has made the journey up to Tiree for the event, and rumour has it Timo Mullen might be making it too… but we are yet to see him!
More action from Balevullin yesterday… feel pretty broken today!! Really hope Tiree delivers for the comp… although it’s not looking great for us at the moment!
