As you are all probably aware, the Olympic Opening Ceremony kicks things off this evening which means that it’s just a few short days until the start of the RS:X Competition in Weymouth.
Most of you beady eyed people will have also spotted that there is a good forecast predicted for the event next week which should make things extremely exciting and should ensure some top drawer racing action.
Both Bryony Shaw and Nick Dempsey are top contenders for Olympic Gold Medals and should excel in the windier conditions that will potentially be on offer.
With a bit of luck maybe we will be looking at the ‘double’ at the end of competition?
Good luck to both sailors!
