Last week Boards shared a video of Bryony Shaw and Izzy Hamilton training over in Miami, click here or number 2 below to check it out, now it’s fantastic to hear that both women put in incredible performances at the Miami OCR regatta, too. Bryony took gold with a strong performance throughout the week, ahead of Laura Linares in second and Flavia Tartaglini in third, whilst Izzy Hamilton took a well earned 7th position.

Let’s hope Izzy and Bryony can continue 2014 in the same fashion and bring back yet more medals for team GB.
