Bryony Shaw and Izzy Hamilton are out in Miami, training hard and preparing for the next RS:X event. Whilst other events are important, it’s all about one thing for Bryony… a gold medal at the 2016 Olympics in Rio.

Boards will of course be following Bryony and the other windsurfers in Team GB all the way, and wishing them all luck with every training session.
