You’ve already undertaken a few epic windsurfing feats, can you tell us the most memorable one so far and what made it stick in your mind so well?
Bournemouth to Brighton in 2008 ish- we had gusts of 55 knots and I was on a 6.2m! 26 of us started, only 3 of us finished. I never experienced cramps like it- it took everything out of us and we rolled into Brighton on mental energy alone! But the Channel Crossing was also very memorable largely because it raised a lot of money for a very special charity- the Ellen MacArthur Trust
