The BWA announce the results for the 2013 UK Wave Constructors Championship:
2013 saw record-breaking attendance and some of the most challenging conditions ever seen on the BWA UK Wave Tour. The race to win the Constructors Championship was fiercely fought between the brands. With the 2012 Champion, Jamie Hancock, out of the running, brand leader Ross Williams stepped up to defend the Constructors title. But with Proffitt, Sniady and Neal challenging, it went right down to a ferocious battle in Cornwall to decide the winners.

2013 saw two significant team efforts. In one corner Ross Williams and Phil Horrocks flying the Gaastra / Tabou flag took the tour by storm with 2 ourright wins and 2 second places securing the Constructors championships for 2013. Close behind and snapping at their heels throughout the tour, Simmer Team riders Ben Proffit, Sam Neal and Justyna Sniady. With Ben scoring consistent podium, Sam Neal steadily rising through the ranks and Justyna taking two wins and a second place, Team Simmer took it right down to the wire.
Consistent performances from Chris ‘Muzza’ Murray and Timo Mullen ensured Tushingham and Starboard came in a podium 3rd.
