Justyna Sniady Takes The Title

Justyna Sniady wins in Cornwall and takes the 2014 BWA overall title. More to come soon from Justyna, but first here’s her update (via Facebook) from Cornwall:

BWA Cornwall Wave Classic is over and it was a great end to a good season for me!

It wasn’t my sort of conditions as despite good swell we sailed in very light cross-off wobble and ride wind and I was on my biggest kit (Simmer 75l Flywave and 4.7 Blacktip). Hence, I am even more stoked to come on top in this riding only event. Especially against such a storng competition. We’ve seen some great waves from all ladies, but Sara Kellet, Megan and Ping made the final in style. It was super close in the final as always and I am happy to come first for the third time in the BWA event this year (just ahead of Sara Kellett in 2nd and Megan Gayda in 3rd) and at the same time secure an Overall BWA Title for the second year in the row

Ben sailed great and just missed out on the 1st to Phil, which ment he also missed out on the overall champ title by that tiny bit. I’m a pround girlfriend yet again x

Congrats to all the pros, masters, ams and ladies and a massive thanks to the BWA crew and event organisers for another great year! Looking forward to come back next year:)
