Watersports Activities Supervisor

Ocean Elements is looking for motivated, self-starting experienced Watersports Activities Supervisors.

Your primary aim is to ensure that all beach activities are delivered in accordance with governing body guidelines, and as such ensure that all external inspections are a success. In addition, you will oversee the safe and successful running of the bike and children’s programmes, during the manager’s absence. The activities supervisor plays a fundamental role in creating a welcoming and encouraging environment in which all guests feel at ease participating in activities. You will be a source of advice and information for instructors with regards to session planning, delivery and on water safety.

The role involves a high degree of client contact so you must be an able and confident communicator.

Qualifications Necessary:

• Windsurf Instructor

• Dinghy Instructor

• Senior Instructor

• Higher level windsurf and dinghy qualifications are not essential but are preferable.

Dates: 25th March – 19th October
