5-6. This is the crucial part – getting high! As the nose of the board hits the piece of chop, Bubble extends his arms upwards initially to help ‘fly the sail’ but then tries to get as compact as possible by tucking his back leg up and straightening his front leg.
7. Prepare for touchdown – to land tail first Bubble starts to straighten his back leg again. At this point try to keep a compact position with your arms and your body in an upright position; keep the head up, looking forwards.
8. Touchdown: Landing in an upright position will prevent the tail from sliding out.
